Our client is a WA company with strong presence in Perth with a growing internal IT team. As a successful candidate you will become their expert on servers and virtualisation reporting directly to IT Communications Manager.

In order to secure this role, you need to be available on relatively short notice, have the following skills:

• Advanced demonstrated skills in the latest versions of VMware and V-Centre
• Expert working with Microsoft Server 2019
• Expert working with SCCM
• Will be well versed in developing patch schedules which align to Microsoft best practice/approved method
• Well versed in managing and patching both servers and desktops which align to Microsoft best practice/approved method

You will also be a self started who is able to hit the ground running and function in an environment where priorities can change every day.

Our client will offer a 12 months contract as a start but they made it very clear to us they want to find someone who will stay and grow with them, so extensions or even transition into a perm role is definitely an option here if permanent role is your preference.
