JOB DESCRIPTION
- IMMEDIATE start available for 6 weeks FM relief work

- Manage Hard & Soft FM services
You will be working for one of Australia's largest outsourced FM management companies, dedicated to on-site management of one of their quality commercial office buildings in the Sydney CBD.
- CBD High Rise Office Building, premium location
- Manage and report against service provision & tenant requests
- Excellent IMMEDIATE START Fill-in role for 6 weeks. $50 + Super per hour
Facilities Manager:
Situated on-site within the dedicated management team, you will be responsible for
- Hard and Soft Facilities services,
- Ensuring building compliance and efficiency,
- Identifying Building Services faults & engaging contractors
Who is suitable?
You MUST have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a Base Building Facilities Management role, directly overseeing Mechanical and Electrical services + cleaning. This is a high quality asset and requires a high degree of presentation and communication skills. If you have a passion for facilities management, ensuring optimum building performance and delivering the highest quality customer service to high profile tenants then read further.
Mechanical or Electrical training and qualifications such as HVAC Technician or Electrician will be highly regarded.
You are the new breed of FM, IT savvy, customer focussed and proactive in approach to compliance, sustainability and FM overall.

This is the opportunity to manage an A Grade Commercial Office building with high-end services and an owner who is driven to maintain the services appropriately. We are paying from $45-$50 + Super per hour for an 8 hour day over a 6 week period with potential to extend.
