Facilities Manager:
Situated on-site within the dedicated management team, you will be responsible for

• Hard and Soft Facilities services,
• Ensuring building compliance and efficiency,
• Identifying Building Services faults & engaging contractors

With an emphasis on tenant satisfaction and efficiency, you will focus on delivering best in class service and maintaining optimum building performance.

Who is suitable?
You MUST have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a Base Building Facilities Management role, directly overseeing Mechanical and Electrical services + cleaning. This is a high quality asset and requires a high degree of presentation and communication skills. If you have a passion for facilities management, ensuring optimum building performance and delivering the highest quality customer service to high profile tenants then read further.

Mechanical or Electrical training and qualifications such as HVAC Technician or Electrician will be highly regarded.

You are the new breed of FM, IT savvy, customer focussed and proactive in approach to compliance, sustainability and FM overall.
