Dual Site Manager

  • Oversee two stores across Brisbane DFO and Jindalee DFO
  • OTE up to $75K, plus plenty of opportunities to grow as the business does

About The Company

Our client are specialists in all things tech! They sell new and renewed mobile phones, accessories and other tech-related gadgets. They also do repairs on phones, tablets and computers - your one-stop shop for all things tech!

The founders of the business are passionate about the industry, sustainability and have great plans for the future.

About The Role

We are searching for a strong leader and sales champion to join this business. Ideally, you will come from a tech or telco background, or have a strong interest in all things tech.

The right candidate will be high energy and passionate about creating a great customer experience and empowering your team to succeed.

You have prior experience managing teams, forecasting sales, exceeding sales targets and growing your customer base. There will also be some marketing and social media responsibilities in this role.

Requirements Of The Role

  • High level of customer service- think fun and interactive!
  • All staff management: recruitment, rosters, performance appraisals, succession planning and management if needed.
  • Prior experience forecasting and setting targets for the next 12 months
  • Proven history achieving sales targets & KPIs
  • Managing stock including ordering
  • Keeping track of repairs in progress alongside your onsite technician.
  • Marketing on Facebook
  • Able to work autonomously, think on your feet and be solution-focused
  • General maintenance of the stores
