About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Landscape Leading Hand working on large 10 month project on a Park Upgrade in Stones Corner. This Civil Construction company is involved in a large park upgrade and is looking for a Leading Hand to join their team for the remainder of project.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading and directing team of landscapers
• Assisting Foreman in delegation and management of works
• All aspects of landscaping duties â soft and hard scape works
• Ensuring safety standards are adhered to across staff
• Calculating quantities of materials required
• Ability to work independently with a proven track record of operating safely
• Strong team player who supports our client's operations

Skills and Experience

• Cert III in Horticulture
• Proven experience within a Leading Hand Landscape construction role
• Experience with both hard and soft scape work
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and achieve group success
• Able to work under pressure and develop/maintain a healthy team culture
• Drivers Licence
• White Card
