We’re in search for a Regional General Manager to lead the regional division of this tier 2 construction and infrastructure group. This is an enviable position for a rapidly growing business that provides a diversified offering to a large market regionally. May suit a Divisional CEO looking to step up into a regional role. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in:

• Managing a complex construction business
• Contractual delivery
• Customer engagement, liaison and some market development
• Project management of large projects
• OH&S
• Strategic execution
• Managing a sizeable and cross functional team
• Full cycle client management – sales to delivery
• Day to day operations management
• Technical aptitude
• Forecasting and reporting
• Continuous improvement and change leadership
• 6 years in infrastructure /construction management
• Relevant tertiary studies
• Financial management of a P&L
• Whilst not a business development role, someone with a background in BD maybe given preferential treatment.
• Commercial acumen (a business manager is preferred as opposed to a ‘Project Manager’). You will need a firm understanding of business drivers and levers.
