As such, we have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Manager, Landscape Construction Planning to join the team. You will develop the strategy for project delivery and focus on project planning to assist our Project Managers and Supervisors with delivering projects on time and to estimated margins.

Coming from a similar role within the landscape and construction industry, some of your key responsibilities will include: 
• Promoting the planning ethos internally with our operational managements team;
• Reviewing current planning systems, identify improvements and implement recommendations;
• Developing planning frameworks and implementing project monitoring project plans;
• Monitoring pipeline of projects, target dates and assist Project Managers resource planning to support delivery of the projects and business targets set by the Board;
• Training Projects Managers and Supervisors in planning and identifying risks to ensure these are included in the plans;
• Reviewing contractual programs for robustness prior to external submission; 
• Presentation of planning and programming to internal & external parties;• Actively contributing to the development of the Job Packs; and 
• Promoting mutually beneficial working relationships with employers and supply chain.

You will have strong leadership skills and a positive approach to stakeholder engagement. Systems and process driven you will review, identify and implement strategies to improve project planning across the business.
