Lendlease Building is currently searching for a Building Services Foreman to join our high-performing project team delivering our One Sydney Harbour, Barangaroo South project.

The Project:

One Sydney Harbour is the much-anticipated final piece in Lendlease’s existing award-winning waterfront residential, commercial, restaurant and retail precinct Barangaroo South. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano, One Sydney Harbour consists of three luxurious residential towers, the first of which will be 247m in height, which will be the tallest residential building in Sydney, the second tower 207m & third 104m in height.

The Role:

As Services Foreman, you will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes and construction methodology whilst managing building services sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high quality, safe construction work. You will also work closely with your services site and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to meet the project program.

Requirements

• Experienced Foreman/General Foreman in building services on major building projects ($100mil+) ideally within a main contractor environment or tier 1 subcontractor

• Relevant trade or building background

• Specialist experience in building services packages

• Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally

• Prior residential project experience would be highly regarded but not essential
