The Company

The Role
We are ramping up, so we need an enthusiastic Internal Sales & Logistics Coordinator to organise the COEN sales experience from quotes through to delivery to our customers.
A typical day will include: -
Inbound, outbound calls to customers
Responding to website enquiries & recording sales leads
Coordinate sales orders with the warehouse team – all orders in full and on time
Organising and tracking local and national freight / logistics to both residential and commercial properties
Sending product samples & brochures to customers
Interpreting product requirements to customer specifications
Producing quotes in our ERP software program
Recording all activities with customers in our CRM (HubSpot)
Efficiently managing the sales process from order through to delivery
Providing inventory requirements information to Finance Administrator to produce Purchase Orders
Providing real-time support to our Managing Director
About you
We are looking for personable, respectful people who are authentic and collaborative. You will need to be a self-driven sales coordinator with the energy and enthusiasm to be part of a fast-growing business. You’ll need to be adaptable, have the willingness to step into the unknown and to push the boundaries.
On-the-job construction or industrial sales experience are an advantage, you will also have the ability to manage the sales process in calculating and quoting on our decking, cladding, screening, sleepers and fencing products, through to organising delivery to customers. Your attention to detail is crucial, you’ll need to be technically clear, able to solve problems, efficient and the ability to seek to understand. Delivering on a promise is a part of who you are.
You will have a solid understanding of the sales lifecycle, or prove you can learn quickly on the job. Experience in inventory management or warehouse duties will be well favoured. This would be an ideal role for someone with experience in the building industry who embraces technology and is seeking an office-based role.
