Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in Conducting Design & Discovery Workshops
• Requirements mapping to ServiceNow functionalities
• Integration design between non-Service now systems with ServiceNow
• Experience on creating High-level Design & Low level Design Documents with API / MID Server Architecture.
• Preparing Sprint Wise Project Plan.
• Creating Business Requirement(s) document
• Participate and conduct Test, UAT & Deployment Plan
• Experience in Integration Architecture, IT Staff Enablement, Training material Plan.
• Creating and Maintaining Risk & Mitigation Plan
• Experience in Support the Handover & Hypercare Plan
• Experience in Nexthink and ServiceNow Integration
• Experience in MS Intune and ServiceNow Integration
• CMDB integration through Intune Graph API and to configure ServiceNow APP
• Experience in 3rd party Chabot integration
• Experience in Configuring Mobile APP for Incident and Service Request creation, Status validations, and Approval functionality.
• Preparing Unit testing , system testing, Integration testing
• Preparation of test artifacts
