This reputable Commercial builder specialise in a diverse range of Commercial Project’s including Commercial, Educational, Offices, Apartments and Fit out/Refurb projects to the value of $40M.

Due to recently won projects, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager to come on board.

Your new role

• Responsible for diverse commercial projects circa $30M
• Initially, you will be responsible for Site Management of an Apartment project close to Melbourne CBD
• Conducting toolbox meetings, ensuring OH&S standards and quality standards are met at all times
• Coordinating trades on site and working alongside your PM and SM to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Site Manager role, within the local Melbourne market on commercial or apartment projects is a must
• A trade qualification or degree relevant to construction
• Experience in a Site Manager role on commercial projects circa $30M
• Strong communication, time management & attention to detail are essential for this role
