Your Team

As part of our Digital team you will assist in the provision of technology-related systems, services and solutions to support clients on the path towards digital transformation. Our strength is in our people, processes and tools. We are a team that likes to experiment and solve complex problems to deliver commercially sound outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in a high-performing team creating advanced digital solutions with operations-specific focus, e.g., integrated control automation of heavy equipment for the mining industry, this includes:
  • Contribute to the synthesis of new ideas and proof-of-concepts by working closely with client representatives and Hatch subject matter experts
  • Capture, analyze and validate requirements with appropriate stakeholders to engineer robust and relevant solutions
  • Design and develop software in a multitude of platforms including Industrial controller systems (e.g. PLC’s, vendor specific HMI’s), server applications (e.g. C#), database centric software (e.g. SQL), user interface development (e.g. web/JavaScript) and cloud (e.g. Azure).
  • Perform validation activities to ensure solutions meet the required high-quality standards
  • Provide on-site commissioning and ongoing offsite support (e.g. root cause analysis) for these solutions
