JOB DESCRIPTION
Partner with Group Leadership to drive the highest priority, cross-cutting initiatives that enable Canva to create a world-class design experience
Work across functions and teams to ensure alignment of priorities and goals, drive accountability & results and foster a culture and environment to achieve excellence and innovation at Canva
Keep teams accountable for reporting on their goals, be able to summarise progress and highlight areas that need attention.
Create documentation of plans and processes, driving consistency and alignment across teams. Ensure the team maintains, creates, collaborates and shares Canva and project knowledge in appropriate documentation spaces.
Create systems to track and prioritise product and engineering needs and challenges. Track projects, timelines and commitments on internal and external projects, so the leaders and founders have visibility
Work across functions and teams to ensure alignment of priorities/goals and foster a culture and environment to achieve excellence.
Create clarity, alignment and accountability to achieve our crazy big goals
Experience youll need
A minimum of 5 years experience in technical program management roles at a software company.
Experience with end to end Software development life cycle in Agile/Scrum environment.
Experience working with product managers and engineers to drive cross company projects.
Past experience in Software development/Engineering would be highly valued
A love for navigating complexity and tackling ambiguous problems.
A natural communicator who can influence cross-functionally with each to achieve big wins.
Deep understanding of the product development process
Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Passionate about developing partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions, drive alignment and prioritisation
Ability to think strategically but also able to drive execution. This role will be very hands-on!
