This opportunity is an influential role, providing inspirational leadership and direction to the Regional Builder team, that cultivates a momentum of enthusiasm and desire for our brand, vision and products across all Developers, Builders and Authorised Builder Distributors. It is a trusted leadership role that is pivotal to the acceleration of builder sales in the NSW & ACT regions, working with a high performing and established team.

This is where you come in

You'll be responsible for the planning execution of the builder strategy across the region, achieving our leading goal aspirations and on-brand experiences. In doing so, you'll ensure our sales strategy and organisation responds to the changing world, that our people are connected to our strategy, purpose and values and are equipped with the capabilities required to deliver and delight our Customers.

Through your leaders, you will drive Operational Excellence on the principles of clear accountability and forward focus. Alongside this, you'll foster a human-centred environment where people are encouraged to learn and grow, to perform to their best and empower them to deliver the right work, in the right way - bringing value to our Customers.

You'll also be keeping a close eye on sales performance and working across your team, ensuring the right levers and the right initiatives are being pulled or implemented in order to change results.

So who are you?

You'll be a proven senior sales leader with a track record of successfully securing enduring commercial relationships, having a deep understanding of the regional builder market and experience selling to multi residential & home builders. You demonstrate strategic thinking with a highly commercial mind-set and heightened ability to manage key relationships, growing a respect and comradery within the builder community.

You will have experience with multi-brands including premium, with your leadership encompassing strategy creation and execution aligning with global imperatives and growth aspirations. You'll have the ability to develop the right internal culture to enable business growth, and have an expert understanding of the levers required to deliver profitable growth of the brand, and a world-class end to end customer experience.
