We are looking for an experienced WHS administrator to join the team and provide administrative support to the WHS Advisor

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced WHS administrator to join the team and provide administrative support to the WHS Advisor for all areas of WHS and Compliance. This full time position is a maternity cover with a duration for 9 - 12 months.

This position is based in Darwin, NT
Responsibilities
- Data entry and information retrieval from the incident reporting system.
- Data collection and uploading of data into the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Collection of applications for permits and processing with external entities.
- Collecting and processing Tobacco Licence and Liquor Licence administration
- Setting up vendors and creating purchase orders
- Arranging and minuting meetings
- Any other duties as directed by the WHS Advisor
Skills and Experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with proficient written and oral communication skills that can be adapted to different education levels, language abilities and ethnic origin.
- Experience with a wide range of administration tasks
- Qualification in Business Administration desirable
