Solution Architect – Field Mobility

Perth

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect on an initial 6month contract, to work with our Perth client in the mining sector.

• Define, document, and provide guidance for the implementation of technical solutions
• Provide baseline and target architectural states for all applications defined
• Conduct GAP assessments for existing applications and define target state architectures where appropriate
• Identify and assess existing applications providing capabilities suitable
• Work closely with stakeholders and project teams ensuring governance standards and IS&T Enterprise Architectural Principles are met
• Ensure designs conform to architecture position
• Provide technical assurance to the project

• SME in applications, communications, infrastructure, data or integration architecture
• Ability to drive CI and application of emerging technologies
• TOGAF, ArchiMate
• Heavy exposure to applications and/or infrastructure architecture with large scale and diverse organisations
• Awareness of business processes as well as IT architecture domains
• Software development experience/ cloud services experience
• Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders, in multiple regions/time zones
• Ability to self-manage and multi-task on multiple initiatives
• Experience with MS Power Stack (highly desirable)
• Integration and API experience with Azure or equivalent (highly desirable)
