Your responsibilities

Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations.
Prepare high level technical reports and review medium size project reports in line with Delegation of Authority (DOA)
Monitor and managing the scope of multiple projects of varying complexity and size.
Write winning proposals and contributes to pursuits. Experienced in wining job from a job.
Regularly seek business opportunities via effective Client-centric practices.
Develop knowledge and focus on Digital Engineering/BIM based interdisciplinary coordination constructability and/or project controls.
Promote the continual improvement of best practice OHS&E and Quality systems and behaviours.
Participate to promote a culture of technical excellence within the civil team.
Work collaboratively with colleagues from all parts of the Company business.
Prepare reports for clients on matters relating to engineering services.
Record activities contributing to continuing professional development e.g. achieve Chartered Professional Engineering Status or equivalent.

The requirements

Experience, skills and organisational knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering) or Equivalent
Actively working towards industry chartership.
Typically, 8+ years’ experience.
Developing experience in managing small teams and supervising graduates.
Contributed to building the technical capability of others and transferring technical expertise within the organisation.
Experienced in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Some experience in identifying and managing risks in small to medium profile projects.
Experience in applying legislation, standards, guidelines and project specifications.
Demonstrated ability to apply safety in design processes on projects.
Experienced in applying QA and OH&S systems.
Working knowledge of organisational approach to risk management, ethics and safety.
Working knowledge of systems, procedures and practices.
Working knowledge of Companys organisational capability and how to access it.
