Principally, the focus for this role will be for a Lead Senior Structural Engineer to deliver detailed and high-profile condition assessment reports on behalf of our clients in the Public and Private sector
More broadly, this role will see you involved with a variety of activities, including but not limited to the following –
Manage or undertake appropriate investigations, inspections, structural analysis on defected or dilapidated buildings.
Propose and present a thorough and detailed report itimising the ‘cause’ and ‘solution’ offering to client’s in accordance with the project brief.
Manage and supervise a small team of engineers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of workload management and work sharing
To be able to identify new business development opportunities with current and future clients
Contribute to the success of the wider specialist teams

What well love about you

Bachelor of Structural Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
Chartered Engineer (essential)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in structural design (Australian experience), extensive condition assessment expertise will be extremely advantageous.
Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
Support our clients and liaise with other stakeholders to efficiently deliver projects
Capacity to support, mentor and manage a small team of engineers
