JOB DESCRIPTION

Full Job Description

We are looking for a shopfitter/leading hand to come on board with our crew, a trade in cabinetry, site work and tools essential.

Running and coordinating of projects.

Dealing directly with our clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
  • Work with key stakeholders (e.g. owners, developers, contractors) to ensure project completion within budget and deadlines
  • Manage procurement, tendering and bidding processes
  • Other duties as requested
