Melbourne Civil Construction (MCC) seeking experienced hand on Site Supervisors, with a strong back ground in civil construction, bulk earthworks and safety to work at various locations in Melbourne.

Established in 2018, MCC is fast becoming one of the most well-known and respected civil contractor, we have extensive experience in a multitude of developments ranging from your large greenfield council / authority owned sub-divisions to your internal body corp privately owned unit / village developments.

This opportunity will suit someone with experience on civil/road/earthwork projects with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Suitable applicants will possess:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the bulk earthworks industry, construction industry
• Ideally have exposure to working on subdivision and commercial civil.
• Ability to lead projects to completion within designated time and cost schedules
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Previous experience with reviewing plans and standard drawings
• Sound understanding of budgets and personnel and plant management
• Project start-up experience is highly desired
• Excellent organisational skills, planning and forecasting
• Good knowledge of materials, blending and geotechnical aspects of road construction

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the safe coordination of day-to-day construction activities of contractors relating to bulk earthworks, detailed civil works concrete works multiple package
