POSITION: Building Maintenance Support Officer
ORGANISATION UNIT: Technical Services
LOCATION: City of Melville Civic Centre
TENURE: Permanent, Full Time

SYNOPSIS:
Permanent, full-time, opportunity from $66,738-$71,331 depending on skills and experience per annum pro rata (maximum salary of $78,107 including superannuation per annum pro-rata).

We are seeking a talented individual to support our Facilities team to ensure that City of Melville facilities and assets are managed to deliver a high level of service for both current and future users.

The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Facilities Coordinator and will be responsible for the allocation of contractors to maintenance requests and the overseeing of the City's Graffiti removal Contract, and the City's Public Toilet Cleaning Contract.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, facility management, or project administrator role
  • Demonstrated experience in building operations and maintenance systems including experience in computerised asset/facilities management systems
  • Knowledge of contract management principals

Essential Qualifications of the role:

  • Current 'C' Class Drivers Licence
