The role:


  • Lead multiple Sailpoint IDM deployments for different customers based out of Australia. Provide technical leadership to implement projects successfully.
  • Plan and implement large/complex projects including at least one SailPoint IIQ & IdentityNow implementation, applying the IAM system components to meet Customer business requirements
  • Developed the overall IAM architecture and design across multiple product suites including SailPoint IdentityNow
  • Plan and implement major IAM system upgrades/migration
  • Work with OEM and IAM 3rd party supplier(s) and across technology towers to resolve complex product issues
  • Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, cross functional and technical issues
  • Interact with customer stakeholder teams to provide capacity planning and analysis to ensure Customer IAM system can meet Customer performance requirements under current and projected system load

Experience needed for this position:

  • Someone with more than 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management implementation with at least 5 years of experience on technical architecture and design development
  • Hands On experience on more than one of the IDAM product suites like SailPoint, Oracle, NetIQ, CA, IBM, Microsoft with at least 2 years of experience in SailPoint Identity & Access management
  • Must have performed installation, setup & configuration of SailPoint IIQ & IdentityNow components and setup of connectors along with all the standard use cases with the Identity Management space
  • Must have implemented Access Governance using SailPoint
  • Change Management & Release Management experience and liaising with product vendor; escalation to product vendor and coordination as needed
  • Implementation experience in service oriented architecture (SOA)
  • Performance tuning of SailPoint Identity & Access Management components

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent presentation, communication skills, negotiations, conflict resolution and ability to effectively engage at Executive and board level 
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial working style and persuasion capabilities
  • Experience in setting clear objectives and direction for large distributed teams in a highly dynamic environment involving onshore/offshore staffing model.
  • Ability to facilitate executive workshops and obtain consensus among concerned stakeholders.
