 will be to co-ordinate and oversee the operational works on the site on a daily basis. The key overall responsibilities are workplace health and safety and quality on-site. The site supervisor will deal with sub-contractors and trades as well as suppliers onsite. In addition, you will deal with issues raised throughout the day's work ensuring they are dealt with to achieve continuity on-site, ensure safety is maintained and works are being undertaken in accordance with plans, specifications, scopes, codes, and regulations.

• At least 5 years recent experience as a Site Supervisor/ Foreman

• QBCC low-rise license is essential

• Come from a Trade background (Carpentry is a must)

• Extensive experience with residential new home builds

• Ability to organise the methodology and program of works

• OH&S, conducting safety inspections and co-chairing toolbox meetings

• First aid certificate

• Strong communication, Organisational and problem-solving skills
