The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to grow our existing and new business with medium, local, franchise & buying groups in the residential construction space.

In this highly autonomous role, your key focus will be to build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve ongoing commercial growth. You will add value and influence through your consultative selling style, exceptional sales process, and excellent customer service.

On a typical day you might find yourself;

  • On the road visiting existing accounts and driving new business opportunities
  • Strategically planning your call cycles to grow market share
  • Building trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating sound brand and product knowledge
  • Maintaining CRM and cloud-based databases/programs

What you will bring and develop:

Ideally, you will have a strong B2B sales experience within a large organisation and an innate ability to influence customer thinking and decisions. Your prior experience in the commercial or residential construction industry will be advantageous. You will have strong people skills with a natural flair to build trust and lasting relations. To be successful in the role you will also demonstrate;

  • Strong account and business development management skills, in a B2B environment
  • Prior experience of working with residential construction/ builder industry
  • Genuine desire to help customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to problem-solve on your feet
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own time and think proactively
  • Sound knowledge of CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
