Waterlogic is an innovative company working in all areas of Geomembrane supply and installation, specialising in Bio-Gas covers. Our projects are located across Australia with exciting opportunities for rural travel. Due to consistent growth across our business, we are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team.

Applicants will be required to pass fit for work screening. A driver’s license and reliable transport is essential.

Waterlogic is based at Oakville NSW while completing works extensively throughout NSW and interstate Australia. The applicant will be required to frequently work away from home for extended periods of time, with food and accommodation expenses and travel covered whilst away on site.

Salary $55000 to $60000 

To be considered for role applicant will have.

  • Minimum 2 + years of employment experience and relevant qualification (minimum Diploma degree).
  • Demonstrated ability to use and interpret technical computer aided draft and design tools such as AUTOCAD, 12D, Microstation and or Terramodels.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing sketches, designs and drawing specification sheets for civil engineering works.
  • Prior experience directing fieldwork, inspecting civil engineering works and organisation and supervision of maintenance work and repairs.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with civil engineering design and drafting standards and Quality Assurance survey systems.
  • Proven experience in undertaking field and laboratory testing, analysis of data collected and subsequent compilation of project reports.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously unsupervised when required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Proven ability to adhere to safe work practices and promote a safe working environment.
  • Non-essential but complimentary skills in areas of wastewater system planning and treatment and biogas capture would be highly regarded.
