JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role – Site Manager

As a Site Manager with us, you will report to the PM and work closely with the nominated Project Administrator, but will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site including:

  • Co-ordinating labours/suppliers/subcontractors on site
  • Construction progress and site performance management
  • Works and program planning
  • Budget control
  • Analysing and determining the most cost-effective alternatives
  • Maintaining good construction standards and quality control
  • Induction and site safety management
  • Material purchase
  • Sub-contractor selection and supervision

Qualifications Required

  • At least 3-year construction industry working experience
  • A stable track record in supervision of $2m+ new house/townhouse construction
  • English (proficient/working requirements) & Mandarin (preferred)
  • Full time work
  • Australian PR or citizen
  • Driver license
