About the role

The Belong Network Specialist (Network Operations) role will be involved in network operations, ISP network design, network change and implementations, network equipment upgrades and capacity augmentations and data centre related work.

Responsibilities

This role will involve:

• Proactively monitoring network performance
• Implementing planned network changes
• Assisting in the design, review and implementation of network upgrades
• Capacity augmentation and Cache upgrades and
• Delivery of Backhaul capacity upgrades, just to name a few.

Skills and experience

• Experience working within an ISP network domain (network or technology roles)
• Experience managing network incidents
• Change implementation
• Experience in implementation of agile development methodologies
• Expertise for Data Centre related activities
• Cisco Juniper certification
