The Role 

In this permanent full-time role, you will be part of the Engineering team at Epworth HealthCare – Richmond. You will perform engineering administrative tasks to support the engineering team with a focus on preventative maintenance management.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will make an impact by:

  • Ensuring preventative maintenance tasks are carried out within reporting timeframes
  • Accurate filing of Service Record
  • Administering and maintaining the documentations system and tools required to ensure relevant and accurate documentation is in place
  • Closing Preventative Maintenance work orders and raising Corrective Maintenance work orders where required
  • Interacting with Auditors and demonstrating a circular process of fault finding and fault repair our ERP system, TechOne.
  •  Being a strong team player

To be successful in this role…

You will strive to maintain the Preventative Maintenance dashboard at a 100% completion by the end of each month. In order to achieve this, you will need to follow through with service providers and ensure that their tasks are completed. Your organised method of filing with impress auditors and you will be able to deliver to their requests in a fast and confident manner.

You will have:

  • Proven Preventative Maintenance and Compliance Experience
  • Previously worked with Tech One ERP Software
  • Advanced knowledge and applied application of Microsoft Office Functions
  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Strong organisational, analytical skills and high level of initiative
  • The ability to work autonomously
