They research and model all aspects of gameplay to derive unique insights into a variety of sports. Skills required:

  • Prefer 5 years of SQL DBA
  • Experienced in ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) development / data integration
  • Prior experience using Unix/Linux (RedHat)
  • Microsoft SQL & Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (2005-2016)
  • Experience with a clustered environment, VLDBs, and Replication
  • An understanding of SAN and backup technologies
  • Database performance tuning
  • High level of technical expertise, specialisation, and troubleshooting skills


Highly Desirable: 

  • Knowledge of Java and/or .NET
  • Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Knowledge of ORM
  • Knowledge of High-availability techniques
  • Familiar with Bug Trackers preferably JIRA & Confluence
  • Working experience of monitoring tools eg. Zabbix
  • Scripting eg PowerShell
