We a seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer on a temporary basis for a period of 4 to 6 weeks to provide support to the HR and WHS Team.

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the assignment and travel will be covered at the beginning and end of the assignment.

Skills / Experience Required:
Sound experience in the full range of administrative functions including the preparation of correspondence, formatting of reports and documents, minutes and agendas.
High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
Outstanding organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm while under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic.
Previous experience in Local Government, HR and / or WHS will be highly regarded.
Ability to commence immediately.
