This is an opportunity for a qualified BIM draftsman to attain a long term position to work for a highly respected and growing company in Brisbane for a 4 week trial contract, which has a potential future part-time or full-time job opportunity.

You will be involved in a wide variety of architectural drafting works on high profile projects all across Brisbane, where you will be provided a leadership position.

Description

• Immediate Start & Fixed Hours
• Become Involved in All Stages and Aspects of the Architectural Process
• Administration Assistant roles including emailing client, organising meetings, file organisation, document creation, etc.
• Office Maintenance (Rubbish Cleaning, Vacuuming, etc)
• An Opportunity to Express Your Own Style of Architecture
• Work on Award Winning Projects
• Projects Range From Multi-Residential, Mixed Use, Houses, Interiors, Landscapes and Commercial Designs
• Prepares Concept Drawings and Renders
• Attends Meetings and Undertakes Minutes as an Architectural Assistant
• Prepares Drawings and Other Technical Documents for Submissions
• Revises Drawings or Revit Models According to Instructions.
• Collaboration with Engineers and other Consultants
• Illustrates Visualisation Rendering Solutions to Clients.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Must Have

• Proficient with Revit and other BIM Software
• Their own vehicle to travel for Business Runs and Site Meetings
• Proficient in the use of BIM Software (Must be able to achieve Working Drawings)
• Registered for an ABN
• Extensive Knowledge of Unity Software
• Must Know How to Use Photoshop, Enscape & Lumion Software
• Design and Presentation Skills
• The Ability to Meet Project Deadlines
• High Standard of Quality Output
• High Attention to Detail
• Responsible with Regard to Attendance and Work
