Domain Architect - Brisbane CBD, Permanent

Leading Australian bank is looking for Domain Architects to join their team and work across multiple streams of work including RPA & DWH.

Your new role
The ultimate purpose of this role is to guide and/or create high level designs that ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align and contribute to the maximum degree possible to advancing longer term technology objectives. High level designs will reuse existing solution and architecture building blocks, improve/enhance them or create new patterns and/or designs where required.

Key requirements of this role include but are not limited to:

• Data acquisition, data movement, data management and retrieval.
• Business led initiatives to deploy Robotic Process Automation, Business Rules and other Automation technologies to drive business process uplift and improvements in customer experiences
• Working across large and complex data management architectures
• Involved in digital / online platforms with an emphasis on data movement, integration including API’s and other techniques.
• Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise architects, Technology Leads, Business SME’s, BAU support staff, partners and other SME’s to shape, promote and contribute to the development and advancement of a target stage technology and business roadmaps.

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills and an extensive experience in large and complex data management architectures
• Proven experience evolving as an architect with knowledge across multiples areas of architecture such as solution architecture, data architecture, information architecture etc.
• Experience leading end-to-end solution design advisory, input & design governance and hands-on delivery
• Technical understanding of end to end information/data related technologies and best practices including: Data sourcing, ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Management principles
• Experience with Archimate for documented architecture design
• Knowledge of RPA desirable
• Cloud experience - AWS/Azure
