We are offering 2X permanent role for a driven and highly focused DevOps Engineer with previous experience working in a similar role in a senior capacity.

As an DevOps Engineer, you will be hands-on actively creating CI/CD pipelines, consulting with applications teams on automation, contributing to technical discussions as well as mentoring junior members of the team and managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting application teams in implementing DevOps solutions using Microsoft Team Foundation Server
  • Consulting on implementation of DevOps
  • Develop, build and manage CI/CD processes and pipelines
  • Mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Providing high levels of customer service

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • 5+ years experience in DevOps using Microsoft Team Foundation Server or similar tools.
  • 2+ years experience working in a senior capacity in various roles within IT.
  • Experience or exposure building and managing Kubernetes and containerized cluster
  • Demonstratable leadership qualities.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level software and websites within the Microsoft Server space: networking, server administration and maintenance (2003, 2008, and 2016 servers), IIS, and .NET applications
  • Ability to multitask with competing priorities and work effectively with clients.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and privacy of customer data

  • DevOps Certification
  • Certification in information technology disciplines
  • Certificate in ITIL V3 Foundation
All candidates must be Australian Citizens and willing to undertake baseline security clearance.
