Role 
Working alongside the Senior Safety Advisor, you will drive and encompass the safety culture across a large, complex project. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the safety systems. You will need to be self-motivated and result driven with a passion for safety that you can utilise to coach and influence at a site level. Although civil construction candidates will be considered, previous experience in commercial or industrial building construction will be preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years onsite safety experience 
• Minimum Cert IV in OHS
• Must be influential and self motivated
• Excellent communication skills
