Your new role
Our client is looking for a Verification and Validation Engineer with large complex systems and software testing exposure. You will be responsible for defining and performing testing activities to ensure the System meets requirements and confirm the systems are fit for purpose

• Verify functional baseline requirements
• Validate and confirm the system’s fitness for purpose in accordance with the project objectives and plans
• Conducting verification and validation tests in accordance with the plans and schedules with the customer
• Collaborate across multi functional teams
• The creation, maintenance and traceability of test procedures, test framework and test tools
• Support systems analysis, requirements analysis, requirements derivation and requirements allocation to design elements
• Conduct verification and validation tests during formal testing activities including Acceptance Verification and Validation

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor of Engineering in Systems & Software Systems Software Systems or equivalent
• Experience in testing or development of large, complex software systems
• Knowledge in Requirement, Test and Defect Management Systems (DOORS, JIRA)
• Experience in engineering analysis, design and testing activities
• Experience working in a multi-disciplined engineering environment
• NV1 or ability to obtain
