JRZ Homes is seeking an outstanding individual to join our multi award-winning family owned business based in Bundaberg, Queensland. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Carpenter/Leading Hand to join our team full-time as we continue to grow.

Your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• Everyday general carpentry duties on New Home including Frames, Trusses, lock-up through to fit-out
• 38+ hour week with opportunities for overtime
• Manage resource hours on site
• Monitor and report on progress
• Work closely with subcontractors for work to be undertaken
• Ensure safe work policy and procedure adherence
• Communicate with Director, Project Managers, Scheduler etc as Required - Other duties as assigned/required 

• Relevant carpentry trade, white card/blue card and industry experience 
• Own tools
• Ability to take direction, give direction, coach and work as part of a team to maximise efficiency
• Good knowledge of regulations, by-laws and building codes and WHS
• Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task with a proactive mindset
• Current valid drivers licence & ability to travel as required
