A kitchen and bathroom joinery company specializing in quality custom residential joinery are seeking a full-time experienced Cabinet maker/ foreman to join their team.

About the role:

Your primary role will be to oversee the day to day running of the factory and production. Keeping the team on target in a well organised and structured manner.

You will be hands on in production ensuring quality cabinetry is delivered to the customer. Implementing constant improvement principles to ensure the factory is running in an efficient & safe manner.

Your role:

Supervise and lead a small team of cabinetmakers and apprenticesManufacturing of quality kitchens, vanities and other cabinetry

Ensuring quality standards are met/exceeded.

Guide and train other team members.

Ensuring project schedules on stay time.

Requirements

Must have relevant trade qualifications

Looking for at least 5 years industry experience

Demonstrated hands-on experience in the construction and installation of custom cabinetry including using power/hand tools.

Able to lead and motivate a small team of cabinetmaker and apprentices

A strong customer focus.

A strong work ethic

The ability to read and understand plans.

Remuneration will be based on experience.
