They are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join the team in their modern, industry-leading design studio.
The role will include meet and greet duties, customer service and admin support. We are ideally looking for someone with a genuine passion for interior design who has been looking for a foot-in-the door with a company.
The Role:
- Meet and greet clients and then assist in engaging them throughout their journey through the studio
- Provide general information about the company and product and ask appropriate questions to assist the sales staff
- Deliver a professional reception service, dealing with general phone enquiries and visitors
- Administrative support as needed
- Actively participate in company events, meetings and required training
- At least 2 years experience working in a receptionist role - Concierge experienced desirable
- Have a genuine passion and interest in Interior Design
- A higher education qualification related to Interior Design would be favorable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be a well-presented professional with a welcoming an helpful demeanor
- Be an ambitious and driven character
- A team-player with a collaborative attitude
