About us:

VCAT serves Victorians by giving the community access to a forum for resolving disputes and making decisions where required by law in its Administrative, Civil, Human Rights, Planning and Environment and Residential Tenancies Divisions.

About the role:

Are you a passionate HR professional who wants to make an impact with your ideas? You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of human resources and support the implementation of HR initiatives designed to achieve VCAT's strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering customer support and offer solutions aligned with organisational priorities to Members, managers and staff.

About you:

We are looking for:

  • Someone with HR experience in a hands-on environment and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge and experience working with Victorian Public Sector is an advantage but not mandatory
  • If you have lots of ideas, we want to hear from you
