but the KM's will be reimbursed. 

Short term initial contract (2-3 months), but the potential is there to extend and possibly even go permanent if you do well. Supportive environment. 

Must be available to start at the beginning of May. 

The Role

Migrating from Google / G Suite to Office 365, including MS Teams, you will be client-facing and need to be self-motivated and able to work 
autonomously as well as part of a team. 

You will bring a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate with non-technical people
at all levels. 
 
Your primary place of work will be split between client sites and home-based work.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with project team to plan, execute, and support migrations of Office 365 Apps from G-suite apps.
• Collaborate using MS Teams
• Help staff/users configure MFA, Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint, and Teams on Windows Desktop, mobile phones & tablet devices 

Skills & Experience 

• Demonstrated experience in a Migration / Level 2-3 Desktop/Service Desk role, with skills/experience
• in Migrations from Google / G Suite to Office 365 including MS Teams 
• Proven customer-service focus with the ability to explain technical issues to non-tech people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport 
• Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills 
• Project experience (e.g. having worked on migration/upgrade/roll-outs) & with project tools such as: SkyKick, Bit-titan or other MS tools 
• Familiar with Teams integrated SharePoint 
• Azure experience is also advantageous 
• MUST HAVE Valid Drivers Licence and OWN CAR (KM's can be reimbursed) 
• ONLY Candidates with FULL work rights for Australia can be considered 
• Tertiary Qualifications & Industry Certifications are beneficial but not mandatory
