Established Contractor looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team - must have multi storey exp

We have partnered with an established top Tier 2 national builder who are looking to bring on a Site Manager to work on up and coming projects (predominantly multi-storey projects). This company has multiple arms of the business where they are spread across a breadth of construction projects

Your new role

• Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site.
• Coordinating trades/managing supervisors.
• Work closely with the Client, Architect, Designers and Engineers.
• Documentation and scheduling with Microsoft Project.
• Procure building materials, plant and equipment hire and effectively manage site resources.
• Quality assurance on all stages through construction.
• Liaise with senior management to ensure projects are completed on-time and cost-effectively.

• 10+ years’ experience in delivering Apartment/Commercial projects as a Site Manager/Foreman in Melbourne.
• A tertiary degree or trade qualification relevant to construction.
• The ambition to commit and progress long term with this extremely successful company.
• A team player mentality and outgoing personality.
• Multi- Storey car-park/Basement delivery experience is preferred.
• Strong time management, organisation and communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail.
• All overseas applications with no local experience will not be considered for this role.
