A competent Construction Lawyer is required to join an expanding boutique firm located in Parramatta. 

Be welcomed into a team comprised of ambitious and cohesive lawyers. The firm is multidisciplinary but focused on Commercial and Corporate Law.

You will be involved in a range of Construction matters from end-to-end, providing competent and accurate advice to high-profile corporate clients and drafting building and construction agreements. You will also be handling litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 4 years PAE in Construction Law in private practice or as in-house counsel in a Construction company
• Strong drafting skills
• Demonstrated success in litigated matters
