Your new role

In your new position as Application Solution Architect you will assist the Department on their ServiceNow Implementation project.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ability to lead and influence end-to-end solution designs, including facilitation of solution implementation
• Experienced in the design and architecture of application integration (internal/external services)
• Experienced working within secure government environments Experience and understanding of cloud based technologies and architectures
• Experienced with open-source software and off-the-shelf products
• Experienced with the Microsoft stack of products and services
• A good understanding of integration between Information Technology Service Management tools with other core services including but not limited to Active Directory and Exchange
