Key Responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile environment: sprint planning, backlog refinement, showcase, retrospective, etc.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, customers and business stakeholders to identify the current state processes
• Re-engineer current processes and facilitate the implementation of changes and assessment of benefits
• Promote Lean principles and methodologies and increase their understanding across the bank
• Deliver tangible results in short time frames across multiple sectors and operational environments

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 5 + years background as Process Engineer or Business Improvement Consultant
• Strong technical lean expertise, and a passion for its principles
• Can break down complex problems, and grasp the improvement areas
• Knowledge and/or experience with Human Centred Design and/or Agile
