We're working with an Enterprise client who recently spun up a new team, focused on improving customer security and experience.

Your new role
IAM Operational Engineers are responsible for using automation and machine learning of the platform to ensure there is an alert before any incidents are created. As part of that, you'll be expected to:

• Making sure platforms are compliant and there are no vulnerabilities
• Responding to complicated system change requests and communications during system outages
• Defining operational tooling and help to maintain the CD pipelines
• Utilising infrastructure monitoring tools and responding to alerts to stabilise the systems

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the role, you'll need the following:

• Certification in ITIL v3 foundations
• Experience using ITIL and Change management processes in enterprise environments
• Background in IDAM is preferred (Forgerock Identity Manager, Access Management)
• Strong knowledge of scripting like Python and Shellscript
• Experience using alerting and monitoring tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus
