Your new role
This is a long term temporary opportunity 1 to 3 years with an attractive hourly rate of $71 per hour based in the Brisbane CBD. This is a varied role and responsibilities will include;

providing advice on compliance, governance and WHS mainly in the areas of planning, property and development.
ensuring that employees and contractors operate within a safe and compliant environment.
management of the safety systems including reporting, audit and assurance.
plan the annual audit schedule
build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
provide compliance related advice
interpret and evaluate the business relating to changes to the Economic Development Act 2012
manage the WHS function and direct safety activities in the organisation
monitor WHS performance against objectives

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar position previously and have recent experience across WHS and Compliance. A confident communication style with the ability to build strong relationships.

Cert IV or higher in WHS
