Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Supervisor for a well-established company that provides end-to-end services of quality landscape projects nationally.
They are responsible for the delivery of significant projects that enhance communities and the environment that we live.
For this role, you will need to be a capable and experienced Civil Foreman with experience on Civil projects up to $5m. You will be leading a team, liaising with the client and being overall responsible for the daily on-site activities.
To be Successful in the role:
Have 3+ years' experience working within Civil Contracting preferably in within Landscapes but not essential.
Ability to lead and manage and drive a small team and to ensure jobs are completed on time.
Experience interpreting plans, setting out and running jobs from start to finish
Monitoring of Materials/Equipment
To maintain a safe working environment at all times
Experience operating machinery - desirable
Fantastic Communication skills
