About Our Client

Our client is a well managed, financially strong multi-residential builder who deliver high rise, medium rise and townhouse projects across south east Queensland. As they continue to expand they are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager with experience delivering timber frame townhouse projects.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating sub-contractors
  • Quality control
  • Safety management
  • Programming

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • A proven track record delivering townhouse projects
  • QBCC Site Supervisor licence
  • Computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
