Operations Manager required for a construction sub-contractor to run team and achieve sales objectives.

Your new role

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key clients
• Managing and maintaining follow up calls and visitation to secure more work
• Proactively assessing customer’s needs and be able to propose company products that are most appropriate for the application
• Maintaining and driving new sales by presenting Tenders and Quotes (which are prepared at HO)
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Managing staffing levels and ensuring the warehouse is sufficiently stocked to ensure we can deliver ongoing work
• Ensuring the installation team is delivering on time and in accordance with our “Customer first” approach to quality and service

What you'll need to succeed

• You are organised
• Have a high level of accuracy
• You are a confident communicator
• Possess the ability to problem solve and assist with people at all levels
• You must be proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite
• Candidates with previous experience in the building industry will be highly regarded
