JOB DESCRIPTION

Estimator required for a construction sub-contractor.

Your new company

  • Reputable construction sub-contractor with a history of quality projects
  • Work load has increased dramatically in the last few months and therefore the business is growing
  • Projects up to the $10m mark across residential and commercial projects

Your new role

  • Completing submissions and tenders from pre-tender through to handover
  • You prepare initial estimating assessments, liaising with sub-contractors to perform sub-contractor selection
  • Preparing presentation of BOQs and final tender presentation to clients
  • Assisting in subcontractor selections
  • Reporting in to senior management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working on tenders up to $10m
  • Construction Management degree or other relevant tertiary education.
  • Experience with estimating software
