WHS Incident Management Review Leader to project manage a review of incident management system and more.


Your new company
A top Australian organisation based in Southern Sydney. This company is known for research and is a pioneer in improving Australian, and Worldwide health. The role will be a 12-month contract position, leading the incident review project.

Your new role
You will be managing a project, holistically reviewing incident management systems for the organisation including but not limited to;

  • Review online incident management systems: workflow processes from notification, triage, investigation and close out and transparency of information and sharing of data;
  • Review of the Incident Management documentation and associated systems:
  • Investigation methodology provides guidance in identifying the root cause/s, including those in the areas of leadership and policy.
  • Identification and celebration of useful investigations reports
  • How lessons learnt and root causes are identified and shared with wide team,
  • Identification of investigation key performance indicators (eg timeliness, quality)
  • Coordinate change management activities and processes for the project;

What you'll need to succeed
  • Have WHS or other Safety related qualifications or experience
  • Experience at leading projects including coordinating change management activities and processes.
  • Experienced in conducting investigations of incidents in a heavily regulated environment.
  • Highly developed analytical skills.
  • Be able to work independently and effectively in a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • MUST be an Australian Citizen.
